Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
My apple charges show as Apple.com/ on my bank statement, always has. Yesterday I had three pending charges showing Apple.com/ and today one says APPLE COMONE APPLE PARK WCUPERTINO CA instead. I have never seen an apple charge say that before on my bank statement. Is that a valid charge? Why is it different when it has always been apple.com/ for years?

If you are seeing a charge on your bank statement that you do not recognize, these steps from If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement can help identify it:
How to see what you were charged for
1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.
If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. Find out where else you can view your Purchase History.
If you still can't identify the charge
Can't find a matching charge at reportaproblem.apple.com? Find out if you used another account to make a purchase.
1. Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".
2. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing statement.
3. On the receipt, see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.
4. Check if the Apple ID in the email is different than what you used to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. If it's different, use this Apple ID to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and review your purchase history.

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.
If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.
