Apple music won't download purchased songs
I've tried every solution offered on these forums (i.e., restarted router, checked storage space, DNS reset, up to date, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc......very frustrating). I keep getting "There was a problem downloading [insert song]." Error code 3201.
For all that's good and holy, does anyone have a solution?
And please don't send me to Apple support - zero help. I can't even get them to answer me.
