cancel preorder is not working
Trying to cancel a preorder in the manage preorder screen and it never gets cancelled. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

You'll want to be sure you're following the steps below to cancel a pre-order in iTunes:
View or cancel a pre-order on a PC
1. Open iTunes.
2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
3. Click Manage Pre-Orders. If you don't see Manage Pre-Orders, you don't have any pre-orders.
