Apple watch update took away view of reading on ECG

How can I return the view of the reading real time when taking ECG. After update today only the heart shows and when completed the reading is only on my phone. its not real time anymore.

Why isn’t the ECG available on the Watch SE ? The ECG app is not on the watch se ! Which makes no sense. They need to make this available on the Watch SE. if I knew it wouldn’t be available I wouldn’t have changed watches this is beneficial
