That is a scam message, DO NOT reply to it, you would be giving a scammer you information.
Notice the bad Grammer "If you did not verify your account within 48 hours", it should be "If you do not". That is a sure sign of a scam message. Also, the capitalization of every word in the first sentace sentence of the message is another give away.

The scammers can't even write English correctly. You should not the following from the scam message you got:
"Your Account Will be Temporary Suspended"
That is grammatically INCORRECT. Had it been written correctly, it would have said "your account will be TEMPORARILY suspended." Apple NEVER communicates with users this way. EVER.
