Hello, I received a message from Apple to my personal e-mail” We have locked your new apple identity, it is contrary to giving a fake identity to an apple account, so your account data needs to be verified, if you do not verify it, your endless account will be locked within 2 days" Turkish> Böyle bir mail alan var mı yardımcı olabilir misiniz

That is a scam message, DO NOT reply to it, you would be giving a scammer you information.

Notice the bad Grammer "If you did not verify your account within 48 hours", it should be "If you do not". That is a sure sign of a scam message. Also, the capitalization of every word in the first sentace sentence of the message is another give away.
