My wife has set up our family sharing. I can access it on my iPad. When I log into Apple TV+ on my Chrome browser on my Windows laptop, I don't see any way to access the family share. It only offers me the option to sign up for a new account for Apple TV +.

We have a great support article that might help with this. Please take a look at it here: Set up Family Sharing in the Apple TV app - Apple Support. Use these steps to make sure that your Family Sharing account is set up and configured as you wish for each member of the group.
Once that is done, follow this guidance: "To activate Family Sharing in the Apple TV app, follow the steps in the Apple Support article Set up Family Sharing."
