"Waiting for activation..." Message after iOS 17 Update

My iMessage is not working

Since the update to iOS 17, I am unable to activate iMessage.

i can’t send a text or facetime , its telling me “ waiting for activation “ and when i go to the facetime thing in setting it tells me “ facetime server unreachable .
