Yahoo mail having problems on iPhone 14 Pro

I occasionally have seen Yahoo Mail slow down in downloading emails or deleting the emails on the Mail app on the iPhone 14 Pro and usually restarting the phone seems to eliminate the problem. I don't seem to have this issue on my Macbook Pro at all and the 2 devices are linked, which means if I read/ or delete the emails on my Macbook Pro, they should disappear off my iPhone 14 Pro, but today 9/7/2023 they are not and I am getting a message on the bottom of the Mail feed about problems connecting to Yahoo Mail. At the beginning of the day (9/7/2023) nothing was downloading and nothing was deleting. Now at 10:32 pm, all the emails deleted have suddenly finally moved to the trash. How do I speed this process up or go around this delay communication problem? This seems to occur every time there's a big update for IOS and the time delay has to do with the time zone of the release. I am in the EST and the IOS update starts from PST and effects everything until the IOS updates in my time zone.

Use a New App Password for Each Device:

Do you use an App Password? If so, try a new App Password. Create a unique one for each device. Remove the current one, and then use the new one instead. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix).
