How to clean Safari suggestions

So I was just on Twitter on safari and now whenever I hit T it gives me a suggestion to Twitter even when my history is cleared

Those website suggestions are also populated by your chosen Search Engine. To change it please read Search for websites in Safari on iPhone - Apple Support, under "Choose a search engine."
