can I copy different rows in numbers and past

Hi Cannimar,

My understanding is that you want to select and copy only some names, and then paste them into another table.

Try this, where you choose names by clicking on a Tick Box.

Apply a Filter to Table 1

Select those names in the filtered table and copy.

Paste into another table (Table 1-1):

Copy and paste works in Numbers, yes. Have you tried it and run into trouble?
