Hive hub not linking to Homekit
I’m having trouble connecting my Hive devices to HomeKit. I’ve just purchase an Apple TV to use as a hub. When I try to link Home to Hive I get a message saying there is a problem linking to HomeKit (Home).
Home appliances are not responding, except when I unplug the Apple TV. I’ve tried unlinking and then re-linking, ensuring the iPhone/iPad software are up-to-date, both are using my Apple ID and Home Data is enabled in the Hive app.
Can anyone provide additional support and help please?
