Could Not Set Up Recurring Notification


I don't understand why dis message keeps popping up uf we already have other location that have a recurring notification and we were able to activate them without a problem, we both have our phone on the latest update. How can I fix this problem and be able to activate the recurring notification?

This doesn't appear to be a standard iPhone alert or warning, nor is it related to Find My. Please review any third-party apps you've installed for the source of this message.
