i sweat. sometimes the phone will activate the 'move app' function without my knowledge due to this. this results in loss of app, or re-shuffling of screens and content.
is there a way to lock all apps from movement or require a pass code to do so?

There is no way to prevent accidental app jiggling but If you go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Haptic Touch you could try changing from Fast to Slow to see if makes it less sensitive but as mentioned locking the screen before putting it in your pocket will definitely stop it happening.
