Leave group chat iphone13

You will only see that option if everyone in the group is using iMessage (blue). If anyone in the group is using SMS (green), there will be no option to leave the group. If that is the case, your options would be to request that the group start a new group without you or, failing that, at least mute the group. You can mute notifications from the group by going to the main conversation screen in Messages, putting your finger on the conversation you want to mute, pull to the side and then tap on the purple bell icon at the right.

It’s as simple as holding down on the chat and pressing remove/delete. Hope this helps
