So I reset my phone to the beginning and it says iPhone locked to owner its y mom's old phoen and she doesn't know the password and stuff and I cant fix it I have a current Apple ID but it says i have to put the old one

She will need to unlock it using her credentials
if i already signed and its saying iphone locked to owner how can i rset the phone to where i can just put in a apple id
