Sliding a "window" on a webpage

On a particular web page we use on both the computer and on the Ipad using the web browser there is a part of the webpage I can slide back and forth on the computer. Does anyone know how to do that in the web browser on the Ipad?

The pictures are from the web browser on the computer.

Web browsers often behave slightly differently between OS platforms - and as such, your iPad and your Windows PC (?) and its installed browser (?) may not behave the same in every respect.

With iPadOS and Safari, when using the iPad's touch User Interface, resizable elements are normally accessed with a touch-and-drag gesture. As such, simply "touch" the divider, pause, then drag to the left or right. This gesture, if if it works with the illustrated Trimble webpage, will mimic the point-and-click mouse/trackpad gesture that you use with your PC.
