How to keep camera app on Home Screen BUT remove it on my Lock Screen ?

I have been trying to keep the camera from being accessible from the Lock Screen
I thought I had it done from Google searches however it took the camera app off completely.
It should NOT be this hard

There is no way to remove the camera icon from the Home screen.

If you feel that should be an option the best place to suggest something to Apple is here→Product Feedback - Apple
