Apple lightning to HDMI adapter issue

I downloaded some videos from Youtube subscription on my IPhone to have something to watch on my external monitor via HDMI cable. Downloaded videos not working - it shows like a flickering-skipping action.

Normal videos are OK

What should I do to fix it?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16

YouTube is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or YouTube Help - Google Support
