My brother died and we can’t access his iPhone passcode

Hello my brother died . After him we pay to unlock his phone but still we can’t access to his photos and chats which are very important to us . We cant access because they ask for iphone passcode . Please help.

My brother passed away last month, can we access the memories on his phone? So my brother & I had an open policy with each other & we always knew each others passcodes. His ex girlfriend figured out his passcode so he said he was going to change it & told me what he was changing it to but I didn’t write it down & I have forgotten. Well, he died 3 weeks ago in a car accident & I would love to access the family pictures and memories on it. I have tried a dozen or so passcodes & they aren’t right. Now the phone just says “unavailable” is there any way to access the phone without erasing it? We are all in search of any additional memories of him. Thanks.

Help iPhone passcode not known can we get access I am writing on behalf of my best friends daughter, no airs and graces but my mate passed away 3 weeks ago and his daughter doesn't have his passcode and wants to get to his photos from the phone. I have asked if she can get access via his laptop photos or iCloud but she isn't sure and needs help. Is there anyway the phone can be opened so she can get his photos and contact details before work takes his phone back. I would appreciate anything to help even if she has to produce the death certificate.

Request access with a court order or other legal documentation

The name and Apple ID of the deceased person.
The name of the next of kin who is requesting access to the deceased's account.
That the deceased was the user of all accounts associated with the Apple ID.
