My brother died and we can’t access his iPhone passcode

Hello my brother died . After him we pay to unlock his phone but still we can’t access to his photos and chats which are very important to us . We cant access because they ask for iphone passcode . Please help.

Request access with a court order or other legal documentation

  1. The name and Apple ID of the deceased person.
  2. The name of the next of kin who is requesting access to the deceased's account.
  3. That the deceased was the user of all accounts associated with the Apple ID.
