I can't listen to music in apple music after changing the region

After I changed the region on my phone and then subscribed again to Apple Music, my macbook can't play music, what should I do?

Apple music will only play previews. The credit card billing address matches the country I'm trying to listen from, in this case the US. However, Apple Music will not let me play music, it will only let me listen to previews. Browser is Firefox, ver. 141.0, computer is running Windows 10. My subscription is up to date. Any advice?

Hello Marta3567,

Apple Music is not available in all regions, so just double check that your current location is. Here's a list of availability: Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

If it is available, what happens when you try to play music? Do you get any specific errors or alerts?
