Why can't I listen to Apple Music after changing regions?

I can't listen to music after I changed my region. I had different region before and after I changed it on all devises I still cannot turn on music and this window keeps showing up, and when I try to press on "New" and some others sections it's just jumping away from it. What could it be and what should I do ?
