Sleep showing 2 hours off

I recently traveled and was in a different time zone. I’be been home for a week, and although my watch is set to my current time zone, my sleep data still shows two hours later. For example, it shows me waking up at 9:00 when I am up and walking around at 7:00. How can I fix this?

Hey JHK90,

Is the correct time zone showing for your paired iPhone? To check tap Settings > General > Date & Time. If you make any changes here, restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch for the changes to take effect. Here's more information on checking those settings and restarting your devices, just in case:

If you can't change the time or time zone on your Apple device - Apple Support

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Let us know what you find.

Take care!
