How do I reach Apple Itunes support in order to dispute 3 IOS apps that I bought that are totally non functional and no longer supported? If someone could shoot me the link, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.

There is no email address for support directly.
To request a refund for apps you purchased follow the steps in the support document linked below.
click here ➜ Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
Do note, that if these are old apps you purchased and have after several years stopped working, you may not be eligible for a refund.
