Not getting iMessage notifications on Apple Watch when Mac is ON

I've found a weird issue related to notifications coming on my Apple Watch when my Mac is ON.

I have my Apple ID signed in on my Mac, iPhone, Apple Watch.

I don't get notification of iMessages on my Apple Watch when my Mac is ON.

I have turned off the notifications on Mac, but I have confirmed that the notifications of my Apple Watch are set to "Mirror my iPhone". Also, I don't think that notifications setting on Mac should affect the notifications coming on my Apple Watch.

Steps to Reproduce:

Ensure that your Mac is turned on.
Send a text message to your iPhone.
Observe that no notification is received on the Apple Watch.
Turn off your Mac or put it to sleep.
Send another text message to your iPhone.
Observe that a notification is now received on the Apple Watch.

This issue appears to be related to the interaction between the Mac and the Apple Watch, and further investigation may be necessary to determine the root cause and potential solutions.

P.S: I have checked the settings on both your Mac and Apple Watch to ensure that they are configured correctly.
