Is there an annual subscription available for Apple News ?
I'd like to pay for a 12 month subscription to Apple News+. Is there a way to do that instead of paying monthly?

Sorry. There is no yearly option for News+.
The best you can do is add enough balance to your Apple ID to cover an entire year. Do not that the balance will be used for any purchase or subscription you have though.
