since the 16.6 update on my iphone 13, I am having really poor reception, especially when on wifi.

I have searched and tried the airplane mode toggle, put the phone on for wifi calling, nothing seems to help. I cannot get more than 2bars. I was up to 5 off wifi, in a different location yesterday but now cannot get more than 1-2 bars on or off wifi. I did not have this issue before the 16.6 update

iPhone 13, iOS 16
