Apple ID not active, I can’t even sign in at all

How can I call these African countries for support Egypt, Kenya, Cote de vore or any African countries on the Apple support for Africa, I am in Nigeria and it’s not listed. Though I have tried this countries listed numbers without success. I’ve been on this for over a month.
