Sender says sent but receiver shows cancelled

I sent money through Apple Pay, on my end it says sent and I have a transaction id but the receiver sent me a screen shot that it was cancelled, they called to confirm and they said cancelled by sender, I haven’t received anything saying cancelled or anything and my bank account doesn’t show it going back in, I’m not sure what to do, can anyone help me with this?
