Apple Pay Pending Funds

I was experiencing issues when sending funds via Apple Pay. The messages app would lag and then give an error message. Once I updated my iOS I was able to send successfully, however all of the thought to be failed attempted fund transfers were processed the money was removed from my bank account. These transactions show as pending on both my side and the recipients side. There is no option to cancel or accept these payments. I have $305 that is just floating somewhere??

I chatted and spoke with support and they said there is no ETA to resolve this?
