To start, you'll want to add more specific detail to your post. You mentioned not being able to connect to Wi-Fi but then also mentioned issues with swiping on the screen. So is the issue that the screen is unresponsive, therefore you're unable to do anything on the device like connect to Wi-Fi? Or are you actually having an issue with the Wi-Fi? If so, what's going on with that? When you go to Settings > Wi-Fi, is it not finding any networks for example? Does it find networks but give some sort of error when trying to connect to one? Etc.
Details like these will help give the community a better idea of what exactly the issue is so members can provide more relevant responses.
