My shortcut to change my wallpaper daily at sunrise stopped working with iOS 16. How can I fix it?

I have a shortcut in the shortcuts app which changes the lock screen to a different photo from a specific album each day at sunrise. Now that I have iOS 16, I find that the shortcut no longer changes the lock screen photo automatically. The shortcut also no longer changes the lock screen photo if I run it manually. How can I fix it?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Lock screens took a major redesign from 15 to 16

At the very least the shortcut will need rewriting if it is even possible and lock screen wallpapers recreated anew
