I upgraded to the Family Plan, still getting charged for the other plan?

I upgraded to the family plan and see you are charging me for both single and family plan . Is this correct if so I will be canceling both plans. Please contact me at ****

This is a user to user support forum. My understanding is that individual subscriptions are supposed to cancel out when you switch to a family plan, but there is always the possibility that it doesn't work correctly sometimes. Contact Official Apple Support for assistance.
