apple id need vpn turn on to login

Hi, I found many topic regarding on Apple ID unable to connect to server or connection failed and it can be easily fixed. But mine was different, cause my Apple ID unable to login when VPN is turn off, but when I turn on my VPN then only allowed me to login.

May I know if anyone facing this error before?

Hello I am trying to sign in using my managed work Apple ID on an iPhone through the settings under VPN & Device Management. When I input my email address, I get "Sign-In Failed", "Your Apple ID does not support the expected services on this device. Contact your administrator to sign in".

Can't connect to vpn When I download an vpn app from Appstore and try to connect, the system tells me to enter my authentication information. when I ignore that, it says "No VPN shared secret was provided. Verify your settings and try reconnecting.". Why is this happening?
