FitCloudpro app

The FitCloudPro app does not work correct with an IPhone.

I can't make conversations with my smartwatch ( Outdoor watch S1).

The call function is not working. I always get the message "bluetooth disconnected" while the watch is clearly connected with the app.

When I install the app on an Android-phone the call function is working fine. So the problem is not the watch.

I already asked Apple to controle my IPhone-settings. Everything seemed to be configured right.

When i get a phonecall, the message appears on my watch. But I can only refuse it.

With the Androit app I can answer the call and make calls from the watch.

Is there anyone else with this problem ?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

This app was not developed by Apple. To trouble shoot your problems, you will have to contact the app developer and ask them for help. It is always up to a third party developed to work to make their app compatible with Apple.
