Is macOS Monterey (12.x) affected by this bug? I can't find any discussion on it.

Have an Intel MacBook Pro that can't be upgraded to Ventura and is stuck on Monterey. Security patches were released for both Ventura and Monterey on Jul 24, 2023, at the same time. Since there is not a listed path for Monterey, does this mean Monterey is not affected by CVE-2023-41064?

Depending on your Mac's year, you can only upgrade your OS so far. That's by design.

Apple will supply security updates per their corporate plan and their support policies.

If you have specific questions about a given security fix, or deficiency, you need to speak directly with Apple. We are not Apple and cannot speak for Apple.

You can start that process by using the "Support" link this page lower left.
