Log in screen is not accepting my password

Stuck on the login screen (Name and password) after the new update I’m stuck on the login screen after the new update. I entered the correct Name and password but there is no respond I checked the capital button and the input language everything is good, I tried to shut it down and restart to no use, there is no hint option and i even tried the three times wrong password method and it didn’t work
