I tried the suggested fixes but they didn’t work

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

If you have exhausted this:

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

then contact your carrier to check your setup, and failing that then contact Apple.
