Appleid disabled in AppStore

So my Apple ID was disabled in AppStore and the senior advisor said this case was reviewed by fraud engineers and they made the final decision to disable my account and it can not be reactivated. However, I didn’t do anything that violated the term. I just used my apple gift cards and purchased some in-app packages. I saw lots of people in Reddit have encountered the same issue and was also permanently blocked. One individual publicly announced the issue and Apple Retail Executive Relations department contacted them and manually reviewed the case to reactivate his account. Could someone in Apple Retail Executive Relations department help me with this?
