Apple id for app store is disabled and locked.

Woke up one day a day in July and my apple id for app store has been locked. Tried to call apple support for 3 times and during my second phone call, a senior adviser named Trish said that she would contact me through email. Was able to contact her for the first few but after some days she had been disappearing for one month. Called them for the third time again today and the only solution was to have a new id. I've been using this id for three years across 3 devices, now apple is expecting me to delete and redownload nearly hundreds of my apps.

p.s. the senior advisor hung up the call today :) what an awesome attitude towards the customers.

The message you show does not indicate your ID has been permanently disabled.

If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", you might be able to request reactivation by tapping Continue right from the alert. If that does not work, Apple provides a link with three options for this specific issue. Tap or click here and choose the self help method, or a contact option ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 .

or for additional telephone contacts refer to: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you simply have a comment you wish to make to Apple, Apple Support Community is set up as an end-user to end-user technical issue support service (i.e., users like you helping other users). I am sorry you are dissatisfied. Unfortunately the people who can reply your post are just users like yourself who cannot do anything about this. We are not Apple, which does not provide support on this forum. Feedback for Apple will likely get more attention if you send it using: Product Feedback - Apple

Thank you for your reply. The account is locked for sure as when I try to reactivate the account, the window will show up like the one in the second image. Even the senior advisor from apple said that the only solution is to create a new account. I certainly understand this is a user-help-user community, but I also wanna show the rest about apple‘s working attitude towards certain customers. But appreciate your reply anyway, will try to feedback to apple’s side regarding the attitude issue.
