Apple ID disabled

All of a sudden, my Apple ID got disabled in the AppStore and iTunes. I’ve only made one purchase, that is of procreate that was successful. The only “App related” change I had made was that I had downloaded genshin impact to give it a try and then deleted it (without making any in-app purchases) after a few days. Idk why this happened and nothing seems to be working (I tried resetting my password 2 times since and nothing has worked). PLEASE HELP! Also, since I am under 18, the gmail id I’ve used has strict policies so I haven’t done anything “suspicious” either. Someone please explain!!!!
