The Allow App Tracking Is Disabled

I keep trying to find ways to fix this but they never work. changing my birthday, signing in and out, and restarting it but no matter what, it is still grayed out. Someone please help me.

Unable to turn on app tracking on my iPhone despite being 18 years old Hello, I’ve encountered an issue with app tracking, or rather tracking of apps. Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes > [Allow]
