Apple Car Play and Volvo XC60 only works intermittently
Sometimes when I start Apple CarPlay in my 2019 Volvo XC60 it works as it is supposed to. Other times I see Connection Error instead of the CarPlay screen. My Volvo Service writer insists that it is due to a faulty cord, but it happens even with a brand new cord. I can drive to the store and listen to my audible book, but when I come out of the store I cannot get CarPlay to connect. This has been happening as long as I've had the car. Is there any fix for this issue?
