Chrome Graphics

Google Chrome suddenly topped loading graphics on certain websites like BBC.com and netflix. I'm running Ventura 13.5.2 on a Mac Mini M1 with 16 BGs of memory.

Try opening the websites in Safari. If the same websites load the graphics in Apple's Safari, then the issue is likely a Chrome issue and needs to be resolved by Google.

If you have Chrome's automatic updates enabled, it is possible that the update has broken your install and you may need to re-install Chrome or something else corrupted the install in which case you should try re-installing. Also, it may be possible your Chrome settings may have become corrupted so you may want to check them.

Getting Images to be Shown in Safari:

A. Create a New User:

See what happens when you create a new administrator user. See if you still get this error. If so, then it is an issue with the entire macOS or the Web site. If not, then it is an issue within the current user itself, such as a misconfiguration.

B. Try Another Web Browser:

What happens when you attempt this using another Web browser?

C. Security Software Blocking things Out:

Do you have any Security Software installed on your Mac? If so uninstall it, as it just gets in the Way on a Mac, and this is a put example fo how and why. Use an uninstaller to uninstall this, as just dragging & dropping it to the trash leaves temporary files laying about.
