Deadname Change on Apple ID
I need a way to change my Apple ID. I use it for everything and making a new one is my last resort. The issue is, my current one has my deadname in it and seeing it makes me extremely uncomfortable and upset.

Here is how to Change your Apple ID - Apple Support — this allows changes to most everything, including the email address.
If the deadname is the email address itself, and you want to continue to receive mail to that address at your new email address, you may have to discuss the necessary changes directly with Apple Support.
