My 14 pro max is heating during charging like 37-41 degrees

It's quite normal for a battery to heat while being charged. If you are not seeing a warning your phone has overheated and needs to cool down, it's not something to be concerned about. If you are using a 20w charger or MagSafe charger, your battery will get warmer than if you use a 5w charger and extend the charging time over a longer period of time too. Its the physics of charging batteries.
