My 14ProMax OVER HEATS. I have the 14pro max and it gets scalding hot only while charging- can it be fixed like the 15PM?

Even after the latest software update, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is still overheating. Apple needs to recognize that there is a problem with phones running hot. I also have the iPhone 14 Pro and have the same issue.
