watch touch screen not working even after total reset

the touch screen on my watch quit responding and I tried all the simple fix options. none worked. so I did a total reset and my watch did synch with my phone and got all the way to add a password. the touchscreen won't respond to allow me to put in a password so still non functional. what should I do now?

Why won’t my touch screen on Apple Watch work? I am having the been having an issue, I can’t use the touch screen. It won’t let me put in my pin. I did a hard reset, then reset from my phone, then another hard reset on the watch. I even uninstalled, updated the watch on my phone, then tried another reset. My screen is still unresponsive. The watch works except for the touch screen. I can use Siri, see the time and everything but won't respond to my touch.

Apple Watch Touchscreen Unresponsive Since the last Apple Watch update(9.6.2) the touchscreen on my watch becomes unresponsive many times a day. The only way to fix it is to do a force restart, which fixes it for a short time and then the screen doesn’t work again. I have cleaned the screen and don’t have a screen protector. Anyone else having this issue or know of a way to fix it?
