How can i lock widgets and folders?

So as i said the widgets always mess up the folders order when i want to put an app into one of them.

I can not rearrange apps inside folders I can’t remember when this issue started. It has persisted across many updates including major ones. It is pretty much what it says in the title. I can not rearrange apps inside my folders. I can add new folders. I can add new apps. I can even add new apps anywhere I want to put them in the folder. But once I lift my finger It will be stuck there. I also can not move apps between folder pages. But I can add and remove apps from folders as long as I drop it on the Home Screen first. I can not move apps between folders either.

It sounds as if you're asking if there is a way to lock the Home Screen arrangement on your iPhone, is that correct? If so, no, there's no way to do that.
