Kaspersky "Safe Browsing" keeps blocking iCloud Push Notifications on my PC

My spouse has an iPhone SE, iOS 16.6.1 and I keep a backup of her photos using iCloud on my Windows PC (no boos please) so the images can be edited as needed. Lately, the Kaspersky antivirus program I use is repeatedly showing a pop-up that says the Apple Push notification service has been blocked, citing an "invalid certificate" (see attached screenshot). I can't seem to get rid of these popups. Any advice??
